Juliana Santana has a degree in Literature from the São Paulo State University and a master's and a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Campinas. She completed a post-doctorate in ​​Translation at the Institute of Language Studies at the University of Campinas. Juliana Santana was an Adjunct professor, advisor, and researcher in the Graduate Program in Language Sciences at the University of Vale do Sapucaí from 2012 to 2019 and an Associate Professor III at the Faculty of Technology from 2012 to 2021. She is currently an English language consultant at the Airspace Control Institute, where she works in training, instruction, and production of material for teaching aeronautical English to air traffic controllers. In addition, She works as a guest lecturer on the specialization course in Psychoanalysis at University of Paraíba Valley and practices clinical psychoanalysis.
